Do you want to get your abs in shape and feel the burn?

So I started this new ab workout from Women’s Health and I feel like it may just be the one. I’ve done it for two days and can honestly say that I feel the burn and feel like with time and dedication that I will be able to see some results. And what is the most awesome about this workout? It really takes no time at all.

For my version of this workout, I am using 10 pound weights.

So please keep following along and we will see if I have any results and what I have to say about it in a couple of weeks.
