Who doesn’t love bacon? I know I do. So how about a recipe that works for both breakfast and dinner? I made these Cheesy Bacon Hashbrowns as a fun experiment for my kids. It was definitely a success and something that they both love.
This bacon and sausage filled recipe is super easy to make. Here is how you can make it:
Cheesy Bacon Hashbrowns - Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 10 slices of bacon cooked and broken into pieces
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. divided
- ⅓ cup 2% milk
- 2½ tablespoons sour cream
- 1 32oz frozen tater tots
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink
- Stir in the soup, ½ cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, and bacon
- Place ½ of the bag of tater tots in a greased baking dish.
- Layer with beef mixture and remaining tater tots; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
